As a Build Engineer I want Pester to generate reports in NUnit xml format #12

One of the stated intentions of Pester is to output NUnit XML reports. This would be excellent for tying into Continuous Integration builds for visibility on the test coverage and quality of build scripts.

Yeah, I started looking at it and ran away when I saw the xml that needed to be produced. I do see this as an extremely valuable feature just haven't had the bandwidth to look at it.
