Actually use selector priorities to determine how to override other selectors for same type #26

Looks like selector priorities aren't currently used at all during the course of matching, and the order in which the selectors were added is the primary means. This should be changed to really support ITypeSelector.Priority as the primary means of sorting matching selectors.
