Extend watch rule with Builds Triggered By Me option.

Hey,

The plugin is great and thanks for your work. As it is a case with Slack at some stage you get too many notifications :). In my case this happens when someone creates a branch off a branch with my changes that has not had a green build yet. Every time their build fails I get a notification. Triggered by me option would help reduce the number of unnecessary notifications.

Sounds like a reasonable change. Unfortunetly I can't tell you when I can work on it - feel free to contribute a PR in order for this be implemented faster.
