Worth adding requirement of having webpack installed? #63

It's only a small point, but I wonder if it's worth updating the README to indicate that in order to get the example running, you need to have webpack installed?

And in order for the commands in the How to invoke webpack section of the README to work unchanged, webpack needs to be installed globally.

Happy to update & submit PR.
