Change how split screen works.

Right now, split screen is a fixed position. Although for very large SVGs. like over 1000 pixels tall, you need to disable SVG Preview. Ideally, you would create a divider that is draggable to allow you to resize the preview window. Allow the image to be cropped if necessary. A vertical version would also be great!
