Add lunch options to a list then pick one randomly from the list

As a user, I need:

• 1. To add a new lunch option to a list.
• 2. To save the new lunch option. After saving a new item, I should see it appear in the list more-or-less immediately.
• 3. To delete items from the list.
• 4. To see the list I'm making.
• 5. To make the computer pick one item from the list randomly and display it.
• 6. The list should persist when I close and re-open the website.
