What it can do?

The automation could perform atendence taking in 2 way.

• In Person (Lecture)
taking the photo of the code on the lecture's screen, with apple's OCR API in shortcut, it can automatically detect and fill the code. It will also prompt the user to confirm the code incase of incorrect extration.


• By Picture
if someone else sent you the code via insta-messaging app, you can utilise the sharesheet on iphone to perform the same extration automically on iPhone/IOS devices.

Known Bugs

• Share Sheet preview malfunction
This is a bug on the Apple. This issue has been submitted to apple waiting to be fixed in future ios update as it was not affect when launched using the shortcut app.
bug has been fixed on IOS release 17.4 21E219

Pending Improvements

• Automatic extrection for Lesson No.
• Accept clipboard as the code input
• Customising the Lecture Date and Toturial date on the setup page
