convert: tatotime-mobile jasmine -> qunit

Alright we're NOT moving to qunit:

jasmine spec runner AMD wrapper already in place
it's easier to run sets of specs (describe blocks)

The reporting style is less than desirable (especially differencing large objects and arrays)
