Can't install in Chrome, OS X

Hi,

I'm using Chrome for OS X, and when I log into my account during installation I get the following error:

"We are sorry, but you do not have access to this service. Please log in to your Control Panel to enable this service."

I can't find anything related to the plugin in the control panel. Any ideas? Sorry, this isn't the place at all, but I was hoping you could help.

Can you please specify Chrome and Mac OS version?

OS X 10.9 (Mavericks), Chrome 31.0.1650.63.

I have the extension installed and running successfully using OS X 10.9 (Mavericks), Chrome 31.0.1650.63.

Is there anything else that could be interfering with the installation? Are you able to install other chrome extensions successfully? Are you logged into a chrome account?

Not that I can see. Other extensions install fine, and I'm logged into the super account of a google apps account (not a normal gmail account; I suspect this is key).

The error message does sound account related.

These offer some insight into service management on google accounts. I'm not sure which service would be needed here though.

I don't know which service, either. It's not devtools terminal, because that isn't in the google apps marketplace.
