W8.1 fully patched. chromeIPass 2.6.8. KeePassHttp:1.8.4.0.
KeepassHttp: Confirm Access dialog appears when appropriate. If I select "Deny", the above error appears.

This is a low priority, as the exception does not affect functionality...
I hope I have placed this in the correct forum.
