Glue by css-class for target dynamic js and css at html elements (components way)
This pico-rutina for downloading small code-pieces. Simple add class with prefix 'dynload-', and next part in classname is js, and in last part is css files. Example: class="dynload-jsname-cssname" - load jsname.js and classname.css.
