Hi.
I wonder if it is possible with this tool to merge "chapters".
I have an epub that has chapters splitted, so with this tool, I get chapters of 5 pages, containing only a part of a chapter.
Maybe this is more a feature to be added to epubtool instead, so feel free to move the issue there if needed.
If this feature is not available, it would be nice to have.
