Issue: Leaving Username and Password blank breaks pgina #220

On pgina 3.2 login screen: if you leave username and password blank and press enter, pgina will try to connect a blank user. It will try to connect continuously until you click the cancel button underneath "Connecting." This will bring you back to a blank screen without any UI. You need to restart the computer to restore.

Thanks for the report. Looks like a null pointer. I'm working on a fix now.
