New feature: Show Import key dialog when user clicked *.asc file from file browser #92

HTD (1 file):

A: Open Windows Explorer
A: Double click on key file (*.asc)
E: PGP Tool will start and show Key import dialog for given key

HTD (2+ files):

A: Open Windows Explorer
A: Select multiple *.asc files
A: Hit enter (to open those files)
E: PGP Tool will start and show Key import dialog for all asc files which are happened to be keys
E: PGP Tool will also show Decrypt dialog for all files that happened to be encrypted files (not keys)
