currently I have to do this manually:

  • set toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to true
  • Create a chrome/userChrome.css with custom CSS to hide the tab bar
  • Enable/disable various settings
    • Disable 'Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order' (disables the tab preview)
