How can I connect to the Polygon network or Ethereum & Polygon testnets? #14

Hello, I couldn't find a source even though I looked through the documents and did some research. We can only connect to the main network on the Ethereum Provider. Even if we turn on the test mode, the Phantom always gives us the Mainnet and there doesn't seem to be any way to connect to Polygon. Thanks.
