error in TypeScript definitions: 2nd and 3rd argument of Phaser.Math.floorTo are optional

As the title says there is an little error in the TypeScript definition concerning the 2nd and 3rd argument of floorTo, this is true for both the phaser.comments.d.ts and the phaser.d.ts.
