When running vcf2fasta the progress indicator most often reports 99% after 10-20 iterations and then carries on reporting 99% for at least the same number off iterations again. Is it possible to make this more indicative of real progress??

This should now say something like 1 of 10 vcfs processed, 2 of 10 vcfs processed, etc.
