Latest tags aren't on Packagist

For some reason the tags in the 4.0 series are not on Packagist, maybe the webhook is broken or something, could you update them ?

I've noticed today that 4.0.0 nor 4.1.0 is no longer on packagist, somehow composer.json has not a correct version number since 4.x.x

Why is there a "version" : "4.1.0" in the composer.json file by the way ? That's automatically taken from the repository anyway, I don't think you have to specify that
