allow multiple classes to set for inclusion/exclusion

Configurator only allows one class at a time to be set for inclusion/exclusion in custom post types created, albeit with changes propagating up/down the tree as appropriate. This means that if top level is set for exclusion, all classes below are excluded and setting them back to inclusion requires a lot of clicking. Treeview allows multiple classes to be selected. Making the set include button act on all list of all selected items would allow more convenient interaction
