sof-elk_preload.yml is broken due to an expired certificate for li.nux.ro.

this repo is only used for the exfat package, which is probably better pulled from https://centos.pkgs.org/7/forensics-x86_64/exfat-utils-1.3.0-1.el7.x86_64.rpm.html
