The issue was raised here. I'll likely end up bailing on any subtitle magic in a function hooked to wp_seo_get_bc_title to make sure that subtitles never show up in those breadcrumbs.

Hi @Tingwe. Thanks for letting me know! I just added a better check into the plugin so that you won't have to change your theme or anything like that. It will be released in v1.0.1 (see this). I will probably release the new version tonight or very early tomorrow.
