To run the APP:

1. Open Patients.sln in Visual Studio 2022 and run using the Patients.API debug configuration.
2. In a command prompt, navigate to the Patients.UI folder and run the following commands: npm install ng serve
3. In a web browser, navigate to localhost:4200.
