[v4] Do not allow editing output dirs

On the WinUI the user will not be able to modify any of the app directories.

• Disable the ability to edit these directories
• Create a view on About page to see all relevant app directories
• Document breaking changes
• Update docs

Consider disabling for WebUI and Console apps as well. These are typically only run via docker which already provides enough flexibility for mapping these volumes to other locations.
