Fail if no previous tag

When using it in a new project without already a first tag version, it apparently failed.

run for m21-cerutti / UnityCI_Project

The bug should have been fixed, but it appears that the build pipeline hangs at this point. An update is due.

OK, version 1.1.47 on the master branch should fix this issue. @pavelsokolov21 could you please confirm?
