This is an opinionated list of helpful development tools for working with Ruby on Rails. This is simply a 'meta-gem package' for grouping existing tools together.
These are all gems that are intended to be used in the :development group with bundler.
Requires Ruby >= 1.9.2
Install via RubyGems:
gem install rails-development-toolbox
The toolbox currently includes:
- gem "wirble", "~> 0.1.3"
- gem "hirb", "~> 0.5.0"
- gem "capistrano", "~> 2.9.0"
- gem "capistrano-ext", "~> 1.2.1"
- gem "rails3-generators", "~> 0.17.4"
