Things to do before releasing
- Change version number in pytpm/__init__.py, setup.py and
setup-devel.py.
- Make sure that sdist product can be copied to another location and
- then installed.
- Upload sdist to github.
- Upload to pypi.
- Update documentation at github ghpages and upload doc tar/zip.
- Upload documents to pypi.
