Cant find SIMBL folder in Library (0.9.7 installed on OSX 10.6.2)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.uninstall SIMBL
2.reinstall SIMBL
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Installation is successful. I do not find a SIMBL  folder in 
Library/Application Support

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SIMBL 0.9.7 on OSX 10.6.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Uninstall, reinstall, restarting the computer does not help.

I gotit
SIMBL is installed in "Installed HD/Library/Application Support/SIMBL", not
"user/Library/Application Support/SIMBL"
