ios13 push tokens will be broken?

Please review the link below describing a parsing issue OneSignal found that will need to be addressed in the way iOS13 formats push tokens. iOS13 comes out tomorrow, and from what I can tell phonegap-plugin-push might be affected. They provide a solution, but my Objective-C isn't very good, if anyone can confirm this will be an issue or not.

Looks like pull request #2808 fixes the issue, but can't be merged yet.
