Mis-licensed test profiles

Hi,

Reviewing the complete list of tests marked as "Free" for FSDG compliance of the GNU Guix phoronix-test-suite, I've found the following problematic items:

  "hl2lostcoast"           ;mis-licensed as free
  "linux"                  ;contains blobs
  "madmax"                 ;mis-licensed as free
  "metro"                  ;mis-licensed as free
  "minion"                 ;mis-licensed as free
  "sam2017"                ;mis-licensed as free
  "talos-principle"        ;mis-licensed as free
  "tomb-raider"            ;mis-licensed as free

The linux-unpack, build-linux and gnupg problems found are FSDG-related, while all the others are a simply wrong "Free" license field.

Dose someone know how I could submit a patch to fix these up?
