Link library settings to analysis jobs #152

In settings you can turn on or off image analysis (object detection, location detection, colour recognistion etc.) On the backend these jobs should be prevented from doing analysis if off but the tasks should still be queued in case the user wants to enable them again. The demo library created needs to also set the statuses.
