The program won't open in windows 8.1

Hello, the program doesn't run on my computer, my OS is windows 8.1.
When I double click on the shortcut, I get the icon indicating that it is running on the toolbar, but it does not open on the desktop.

Even Microsoft stopped supporting windows 8 in January 2018, so it's probably unfair to expect anyone else to.

Are you running dual screens?

Check if it is not something like issue #31
