Error message about active project needs a helpful hint

Please add a helpful hint on how to set up and activate a project. I've already opened the root of my project in Atom and it correctly recognizes the project, displaying all files in the left pane. But php-integrator still doesn't detect the project as active.

Ah I figured it out. It should be Packages > Project Manager > Save Project. Maybe I'll PR a hint.
