New skin for phpDocumentor2

Just wanted to let you know that I've developed an original skin for phpDocumentor2 which works quite differently from the default. I have no business with phpDocumentor anymore so I'm releasing the skin to public in hope it can be useful https://github.com/Perennials/junkyard/tree/master/phpdocskin .

FWIW, I like the looks of it (the screenshot that is) very much.

There may be a way for your PHP files to take the descriptors and work with them in plain PHP... although I suppose this would require some tweaks in both your "template" and PhpDocumentor itself.

It is a good work and although it is a bit out of date I've put a lot of love and care in it. I'll be happy if someone takes over, as my business is not with phpDocumentor anymore.

Hey @bobef! Thanks for letting us know. The screenshot looks interesting and I think we can adapt the template to use Twig
