Currently PhpCodeSnifferSuggestExtension and LanguageServerPsalmSuggestExtension ask if enable them because both vimeo/psalm and squizlabs/php_codesniffer are dependencies of Phpactor.

We could remove these dependencies or configure them.

Btw. https://github.com/squizlabs/PHP_CodeSniffer is abandoned in favor of https://github.com/PHPCSStandards/PHP_CodeSniffer/.
