Can't record under Gnome 3.28

Was trying to record rectangular region as MP4, this popped up after counter finished countdown. No gnome screencast is running at the time.

The most likely reason for this is that you are missing the h264 codec required. On Gnome gstreamer is used, on Arch you need to install the gst-plugins-ugly plugin for this.

If this does not solve the issue please look at the output of journalctl when this issue occurs. Gnome should log some more details about this.
