That's a general problem. Lots of them seem to de deprecated, such as: --smart/-S and --parse-raw/-R. How can you adjust Pandown to new pandoc command syntax?
I couldn't be bothered and switched to command line. For example sth like this: pandoc --template=/Users/ninodavidjordan/.pandoc/default.latex --filter pandoc-citeproc --from=markdown+raw_tex Information.md --pdf-engine=xelatex -o Information.pdf --bibliography=references.bib
Additional benefit for me: I only need to run a terminal and waste no memory running Sublime when I only use it as a Pandoc frontend. Thanks for making my life easier for the last couple of years. Ciao Pandown!
With chapters = true it uses a old pandoc command "Use --top-level-division=chapter instead."
