Advanced Kill Switch prevents the app from connecting to itself

If the Advanced Kill Switch is enabled, the app is unable to connect to the VPN itself. It basically kill switches the entire internet, including the Private Internet Access servers.

OS: Fedora 39

How to reproduce:

1. Install PIA via the official script.
2. Enable Kill Switch and Advanced Kill Switch.
3. Reboot for things to take effect (not necessary?).
4. Start the app.
5. Click Connect. It will spin forever without connecting.
6. Disable Advanced Kill Switch.
7. Click Connect. It now works.

Hi, would you be able to submit debug logs? This shouldn't happen so there may be a firewall rule conflict from another app
