"has attachment" label not being applied #159

I removed s3 details from settings, s3: { accessKeyId: '', secretAccessKey: '', bucket: '', }

Yet when I transfered issues over, the 'has attachment' label was not applied correctly.

Perhaps this is caused by retaining the "s3" settings group but keeping it blank? Documentation should be clearer
