Amazing app! Are there any plans to release a GUI version of this also? |

👋 Welcome!
You can find manual about Penguins'eggs on my blog.
There is a Facebook group too Penguin's eggs where I reports news and so on, and perhaps is more adapt to generic users. I hope who Discussions on github can be more actrative for developers.
We’re using Discussions as a place to connect with other members of our community. We hope that you:
build together 💪.
The idea of penguins-eggs is to realize a process of complete reproduction of the installed system, that is - given a machine we use - replicate a copy of it, with the same characteristics but without the user data.
The iso image obtained is easily installable in both server and desktop environments and can be used, even as a live system.
From this comes the name eggs, as it allows a system based on the penguin to reproduce itself, from this comes also the preset password evolution: hopefully with use and time our penguins will be more and more adapted to our needs.
n the end, this can be seen as an attempt to exploit the theory of evolution - a natural process - in order to evolve a population of operating systems.
eggs is usable actually for the following Linux families: Debian, Devuan and Ubuntu and most part of derivates (kde neon, linux mint, deepin, etc). I'm on the way to port it to Arch linux and Fedora as well.
