Is your feature request related to a problem?

I think it will be nice to have person chip for Chips card.

Describe the solution you'd like

It should look and have the same options exactly like the person card

Describe alternatives you've considered

You can use the entity chip using the entity-picture option 🙂
The only additional thing for the person card is the badge (home, away) but badge is not appropriate for chips.

but badge is not appropriate for chips.

Just curious, why do you think that badges are not appropriate for chips? I think it would be awesome to have the home/away badge on a person chip.

Chip is a small and a compact element in the UI. The quantity of information must be small : a icon and a text. Adding a badge would overload the interface.
Card a more complete element if you need more information.

Not to dredge this up after over a year, but to me a badge instead of text is exactly small and meaningful information. To convey the same information with an entity picture and badge is significantly smaller than the same picture and text (and also easier to see at a glance).
