[BUG] Editing a record on the E-PANUI LIST creates a blank record error.

Editing a record on the E-PANUI LIST creates a blank record and clicking on that blank record creates an error.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'E-PANUI LIST'
2. Click on 'A RECORD'
3. edit the record
4. click save
5. Go back to the record list page
6. see error

The record edited should show the edited details
