marketDataType #136

The documentation says marketDataType can be "1 for real-time, 2 for frozen, 3 for delayed, 4 for delayed-frozen".

This example assumes only 1 or 2.

Maybe it'd be good to create a util.marketDataTypeToString method, like tickTypeToString?
