Related to pimcore/pimcore#12607 and pimcore/pimcore#13527

Think this makes sense to separate things out and make our image leaner 😊

We should also keep in mind that these things make it more heavier and difficult to run Pimcore. I am ok with that, but some agencies/partners might have issues with that.

I agree, I'd keep the local LibreOffice adapter anyway, but for containerized environments there should be a service orientated alternative 😊 (which we should also use for our default docker-compose.yaml )

Done in v2.
LIbreoffice is still included in max image flavor but was removed from the default image.
