invalid or incomprehensible timezone New Zealand Standard Time

I receive ICS files with timezone New Zealand Standard Time which is not recognized by khal (and, I'm told, olson db).

This ticket is to either add the string to the external db or/and to allow khal to use its own set of aliases to map TZ names found on the wild. This one comes from an Exchange server, for example.

I just got an Eastern Standard Time too, same issue

Some more information on mapping windows timezones to olson timezones by the unicode consortium:
