11.16在此下载了IDEA2019.2汉化包，用了之后发现无法创建HTML文件，提示Template not found:HTML File 删掉汉化包，用原版的英文界面就可以正常创建HTML文件，希望大佬解决一下这个问题，其他方面汉化的都很厉害，尚未发现问题
