English language files have been messy and out of standard.

Are you referring to "message" and "description" coming in different order? If so, it sounds like a tedious job well suited for me, unless you've already started. Hm, I even have functions to do it in my editor.

EDIT: Nope, not tedious at all I realized, I can automate this with just a few key presses.
