Being stucked in CI Service selector #87

Describe the problem

Im trying to start a new application using the teletype new app, but im being stucked in the CI Service selector.

I was build the app cloning the repo, because using the published gem generate a error described here: #75

Steps to reproduce the problem

Expected behaviour

Create a new app

OS version: macOS 13.5.2 (22G91), Darwin 22.6.0
Ruby version: 3.2.2
TTY version: 0.10.0
