What would you like to be added:

Currently, PipeCD supports Helm and Kustomize. Several configuration tools exist in Kubernetes.
If PipeCD provides custom configuration plugin architecture, Users can make/use custom configuration plugin for their purposes. :-)

Why is this needed:

Personally, I use Jsonnet for Kube manifest templating, and also I am interested in CUE configuration languages for Kube manifests. So I would like to use jsonnet plugin or cue plugin with PipeCD. :-)

Thanks!
