I'd like a status page for pipedream.com services so I can monitor the health of the service and understand if there's a system issue affecting my workflow.

We've created a status page at https://status.pipedream.com . Updates will get posted to the #incidents channel in our public Slack, and to our PipedreamStatus Twitter.
